"I’m so excited to watch these young, capable Mothers on their journeys into motherhood. See them through their rises and falls and watch them overcomes challenges and grow as people/parents," said the reality TV star who was 18-years-old when she gave birth to her son Elijah.
"That was me and I feel like watching their stories unfold will remind me of where I was when I first fell pregnant. What I felt, What I went through. I think it's also very exciting for these young women to be acknowledged and recognised because motherhood is challenging no matter what age it comes to you."
Teen Mom Australia will premiere this winter, the ten-part documentary-style series will document the highs and lows of motherhood as the trio manage a life full of nappies, tears and tantrums, combined with strained relationships, drama and the complexities of being a teenager.
