What has been the best lesson you’ve learned along the way?
“That it is my name on the product, so everything has to be the best that it can be. I learned this from Estée at an early age. She taught me the importance of quality and attention to detail.”
What has been your proudest moment?
“I’m most proud of my children [Jack and Will], getting married and following my passion to start my own brand. I’m also really proud when someone tells me they love my products. Everything we create is a result of a long process, so it needs to be extraordinary.”
Are there other brands you admire?
“I have always loved Clinique. Their clean and minimalistic approach to skincare is so easy to use and so valuable in the industry.”

Do you have a morning ritual?
“I’m up early to feed and walk the dogs. I wash my hair at night, so it’s just a quick shower and simple make-up in the morning. I wear flats because I love to walk everywhere, including to the [New York] office. I’ll stop by Sant Ambroeus cafe on my way for coffee and croissant.”
What’s your one office desk essential?
“I always have a small trinket dish, which helps me stay organised throughout the day.”
Do you have a signature scent?
“[Aerin]Rose de Grasse...my favourite of all of our fragrances. It’s a beautiful white-rose scent.”

What do you reach for when you need a quick refresh?
“A make-up artist once told me to use Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum over my make-up to help set it and keep it looking fresh.”
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II, $195.00/75ml; esteelauder.com.au
Could you share you best beauty tip?
“A great moisturiser that has a luxurious texture really makes your skin glow. And if that isn’t enough: bronzer—it’s my secret
weapon to looking pulled together.”
