The nominations for the 84th Academy Awards are officially in and this means one thing: let the red carpet games begin! Hollywood's leading ladies who were nominated for the top honours of Best Actress are Glenn Close for Albert Nobbs, Viola Davis for The Help, Rooney Mara for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, Meryl Streep for The Iron Ladyand Michelle Williams for My Week With Marilyn – and come February 27 all eyes will be on the best dressed (as well as who takes home the statue, of course!). While it's early days for the A-list to be choosing a gown, Best Supporting Actress nominee Jessica Chastain may already have her eye on one designer. Sitting front row at the Armani Privé spring 2012 Haute Couture show in Paris, she was snapped receiving the phone call with the news of her nomination for The Help. From 10am, February 27, InStyle will have live updates online, at instylemag.com.au and posts on Twitter: Twitter.com/InStyleMag. And DON'T MISS our official Academy Awards Twitter Party from 6.30pm at Twitter.com/InStyleMag. Our fashion and beauty editors will be online to Tweet about all the red-carpet looks as we watch it on E!.
